Concerns Rise Over Zuma's Future

Could cracks be beginning to appear in the ANC Top Six about the future of President Jacob Zuma? Deputy Secretary General Jessie Duarte has told a weekend newspaper that Zuma will only step down next year. This while ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa said in a BBC interview a few days ago, that discussions were in place regarding the president's tenure saying a lot could happen in a year. Political analysts have raised concern regarding what appears to be contradictions within the party, especially coming from the Secretary General's Office.
