Kenya: Union Sues Govt Over Nurses Suspensions
A union representing health workers wants the court to issue orders barring the government from suspending, dismissing, sacking or intimidating workers who took part in the nationwide strike.
Striking health workers defied sack threats and calls to return to work from the Ministry of Medical Services.
