Tanzania’s President Mourns Bus Accident Victims

President Jakaya Kikwete has sent condolences to Tabora Regional Commissioner Fatma Mwasa following the deaths of 17 people, when an overloaded bus flipped on its way from Tabora to Mbeya.

According to the bus driver the accident occurred when the steering wheel came off during an attempt to avoid a lorry (file photo).
