A key suspect of the 1994 genocide has been arrested by Interpol in the Democratic Republic of Congo after being on the run for 18 years.

    Correct, Mushi. Transfers must be a two-way process. Not just from Kinshasa to Kigali with the latter offering refuge to criminals wanted in DRC, in the name of ethnic solidarity.
