Kenya’s Voter Kit Deal a ‘Rip Off’ – Official
The government will pay 9.6 billion shillings for 15,000 voter kits, more than double the initially quoted price. The arrangement has been called a “massive rip off” by Ndung'u Wainaina of the International Center for Policy and Conflict.
