Outrage After S African Teen Raped, Mutilated

NGOs, civil society and government have expressed outrage at the gang rape and murder of a 17-year-old girl from Bredasdorp in the Western Cape province of South Africa. Police have reportedly arrested a third suspect who is due in court soon.
