Maybe zimbabwe`s arogant and blind leaders need to listen to their neibours who have things in better shape than they have and could learn a lot by actualy looking over the fence, instead of trying to see if the sun shines from their rear ends.

Khama's comments are spot on. The surprise for me is how measured and diplomatic Gumbo's response was. ZANU-PF are clearly working hard on placating the SADC leaders prior to elections. It must really stick in their craw! No doubt once they win the elections by hook or by crook, they will revert to their obnoxious selves.

Nothing new. They always "scoff" at those who tell them what jackass violent nincompoops they are.

Of all the African leaders, President of Botswana Ian Khama is the only voice of reason. The situation in Zimbabwe is just as he describes it with those who perpetrated the violence, brutality and killing of opposition members still undisciplined and still calling the shots. Just because some parts of the GPA are being met, does not mean that sanctions against Mugabe will automatically be removed. There has to be solidly no violence, intimidation or rigging for the elections to meet the GPA's requirement of "free and fair" elections but instead Zanu-PF is making sure that intolerance, lack of freedom of speech, association and expression and all other evils that make people's lives a hell prevail. They should set the dogs on Robert Mugabe.
