Rwanda's Efforts to Heal Rifts Stumble

Rwandans should be proud of their accomplishments since the genocide 20 years ago, but if they are going to have a viable future they need to have a more honest narrative of what happened after the current ruling party chased the génocidaires out of the country, says a correspondent who attended the recent commemorations in Kigali.
