Ebola Overwhelms Responders in Liberia

The latest Ebola report by the World Health Organization says there is no evidence that the epidemic in West Africa is being brought under control, although there is a decline in incidence in some districts in Liberia and Sierra Leone. The report comes as the World Bank warns that the outbreak could threaten Africa's future.
