'Once-in-a-Generation' Chance to Partner for Development -Lagarde

"This year marks a once-in-a-generation opportunity for global development," Christine Lagarde, managing director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), said in a speech to describe the chance to assemble resources to finance economic and social development of the world's poor.
