Ugandan Troops Will Not Leave South Sudan - Minister
Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Henry Oryem Okello says Ugandan troops will stay in South Sudan despite the peace deal signed by President Salva Kiir - a statement that contradicts one by the country's Chief of Defence Forces, General Edward Katumba Wamala, who told The East African that they will comply with the directive in the agreement that all foreign forces in the war must leave South Sudan within 45 days.
