South African Exit from Hague Court 'Betrays' Victims

Official opposition party the Democratic Alliance has called on the Constitutional Court to declare the nation's withdrawal from the International Criminal court illegal, while Human Rights Watch called the decision a "slap in the face of victims the most serious crimes".
