Rights Group Slams South African Court Ruling on Grant Deductions
The North Gauteng High Court ruled that social grant payment provider Net1 would be allowed to continue deducting funds from beneficiaries' bank accounts, a decision that lawyers for the Black Sash described as "devastating".
