President Kirr Snubs East African Summit on South Sudan
Presidential spokesperson, Ateny Wek Ateny, says President Salva Kirr had other important commitments to attend to. Experts however say the fact that his country is falling apart and is causing a refugee crisis throughout the region speaks volumes about his lack of leadership.
