Ugandan Spy Chief's Son 'Admits' to Killing His Girlfriend
Brian Bagyenda, the son of Internal Security Organisation director, Colonel Frank Bagyenda Kaka, has been sent to the High Court on a murder charge. The prosecution said he confessed to killing his 22-year-old university girlfriend.
