South African Opposition Slams Finance Minister's Growth Plan
Finance Minister Malusi Giga's assertion that an economic growth rate of 6% must be met to ensure sustainability has been dismissed by the Democratic Aliance, saying his "inclusive growth action plan does not include one big, bold, new idea capable of restoring business confidence".
