#TaxiStrike Leaves South African Commuters Stranded

Taxi drivers have suspended a strike that left hundreds of commuters in Cape Town stranded. Officers were deployed to deal with violence which included the destruction of several buses. Police also fired rubber bullets and tear gas to disperse crowds.
