Kenyan Court Blocks Mombasa Governor Arrest Over Academic Papers
The High Court has stopped police, the Director of Public Prosecutions and the Attorney General from continued harassment of Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho concerning his "fake" secondary school certificate. According to the court the state violated Joho's rights by starting fresh investigations into his academic credentials.
