Accountant's Horror Death - Ugandan Army Arrests Suspects

The Ugandan army has named suspects arrested in connection with the death of Francis Ekalungar, an employee of Case Hospital and a well-known local cricket umpire. Ekalungar was kidnapped on January 2 and his burnt body was discovered by police the next day. This weekend, military intelligence staff raided the Kampala offices of Boda Boda 2010 and made several arrests. Boda Boda 2010 started out as a group of cyclists aiming to gain leverage in the competitive industry but is now alleged to be a crime cartel.
