Relations May Sweeten as Uganda Envoy Meets Rwandan President

Rwandan President Paul Kagame held a "positive meeting" with Ugandan Ambassador Adonia Ayebare, who travelled to Kigali with a message from President Yoweri Museveni regarding the two countries' relationship. Despite the August 2019 Luanda agreement, relations are still strained between the two nations.
