Rwandan Police Shoot, Kill 2 for Breaching COVID-19 Lockdown

The two men were allegedly involved in a tussle with police officers, a police spokesperson has said. The country became the first on the continent to order a total shutdown because of COVID-19, banning all unnecessary movement outside homes, for an initial two weeks.
