In Egypt, some people pay as little as a dollar a month for their rent -- and they can't be evicted. It is an issue President Mohammed Morsi will have to tackle, but raising rents could be disastrous for millions of poor Egyptians who live on less than two dollars a day. Al Jazeera's Stefanie Dekker reports from Cairo.
