Abu Omar, a military commander of Somali group Al Shabaab, spoke to Al Jazeera about the siege of Westgate mall in Nairobi, Kenya. He said the fighters holding hostages inside the mall will not negotiate with the Kenyan government or security forces and will not surrender.
