Al Shabaab Threat Changes Kenyan Budget
Fears of attack from the ongoing war between Somali forces and Alshabab militias in Mandera has forced the Government to increase the security budget in the supplementary budget to be tabled in Parliament in two weeks time.

If the Ethopian and the Kenyan wanted peace, then they should quickly withdraw their troops in Somalia. Because the Al Shabab said " for any country that send his troops to Somalia, we'll make its people cry " so i see no reason for the Kenyan or the Ethopians to interfere.. One among the Al Shabab wisely quoted in saying " if you want the safety of your citizen (people), then stay out of it "
