Stop Abuse of Human Rights, Tanzanian Official Says
The Zanzibar First Vice-President Seif Shariff Hamad has expressed grave disappointment in the police force in what he terms a violation of human rights. Prime Minister Mizengo Pinda had vowed to use force if necessary in his bid to restore calm to the country.
