'Rwanda Takes Lead in Small Arms Control'

The Secretary of Regional Centre on Small Arms Francis K Sang has commended the country for honouring the Nairobi Protocol, which requires member states within the Great Lakes Region, the Horn of Africa and bordering states to control and prevent firearm distribution.
