Kenya Takes Its Hague Case to Top

After the United Nations Security Council rejected a move to delay the trials of Kenyan leaders at The Hague, a senior Kenyan official says the African Union will take the matter to the governing body of the International Criminal Court, the Assembly of States Parties to the Rome Statute.
