Retired Zimbabwe Chief Justice Chidyausiku Dies

The former chief justice, Godfrey Chidyausiku, has died in a South African hospital barely two months after he retired from his post. Chidyausiku was elevated to the post of Chief Justice in July 2001, at the height of the land reform programme.
