Zimbabwe Wants Socialite at Carnival 'If She Wears Panties'
Zimbabwe's Tourism Authority Karikoga Kaseke has said that the popular South African socialite Zodwa Wabantu will be stopped from performing if she insists on not wearing her underwear. Zodwa Wabantu has once said that wearing underwear makes her feel uncomfortable. The Carnival runs from the 1st to the 10th of September.
