Lesotho Soldiers Arrested Over Editor's Shooting

Four soldiers have been arrested in connection with the shooting of Lesotho Times Editor Lloyd Mutungamiri in July last year in an operation the police say was authorized by the Lesotho Defence Force.

In other developments reflecting action by the newly-elected government against abuses of the past, the remains of three men allegedly killed by Lesotho Defense Force officers and thrown into Mohale dam in May this year have been retrieved following a search that started in November.
