South African Court Deals Blow to Zuma Over Impeachment

The Constitutional Court has found that the National Assembly failed to hold President Jacob Zuma to account for his failure to uphold the Constitution. The court said that lawmakers must trigger a process that could see Zuma ousted from office should the measure be approved in parliament.
