Nigeria's Freed Dapchi Girls Too Scared to Return to School
The Dapchi schoolgirls who were freed by their Boko Haram captors, were warned not to return to school and pursue an education. This as the group keeps hostage one Christian girl Leah Sharibu who refused to renounce her religion and convert to Islam. The government has in the meantime disclosed that it is in talks with the militant group on a possible ceasefire, with the ultimate aim of securing a permanent cessation of hostilities.
