Cape Town Mayor In Support of Action Against Provincial Leader

Cape Town Mayor Patricia De Lille has come out in support of a decision by the DA to take formal action against Western Cape Premier Helen Zille. Zille caused an outcry on social media two weeks ago when she suggested that colonialism was not all negative, and listed what she believes are some of the good aspects like transport, infrastructure and piped water. The controversial tweet has led to some opposition parties calling for her resignation and for party leader Mmusi Maimane to take harsh action against her.
