The ruling party's landslide victory in the October 15 general elections was accompanied by unprecedented secrecy and fraud, making it impossible to know the true result, concludes CIP's Mozambique Political Process Bulletin analysis. Ossufo Momade, leader of Mozambique's main opposition party, Renamo, says that he will continue to engage the Mozambican government in dialogue, although he does not recognise Filipe Nyusi as the country's legitimate president.
