South Africa's President Attends Regional Summit

President Jacob Zuma is attending a two-day extraordinary summit of the Southern African Development Community, where pressing peace and security matters such as the crisis in the Democratic Republic of Congo and the situations in Zimbabwe and Madagascar are to be discussed.
