Kenya Govt Takes Steps to Prevent Hate Speech

The government - in the run-up to the elections - has taken to social media monitoring, a new SMS service and supplying police with recording devices in an effort to prevent the spread of the kind of inflammatory content that resulted in the 2008 election unrest.
