Zimbabwean Promoter Fails to Pay Royalties for Toni Braxton Gig
The promoter disappeared after the Toni Braxton and Babyface concert. Promoters bringing international artists to the country are supposed to pay a certain amount of money to the National Arts Council of Zimbabwe.
