President Trump Speaks to Presidents Buhari, Zuma

The new U.S. President, Donald J. Trump, spoke to African presidents for the first time on Monday, calling President Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria and President Jacob Zuma of South Africa. Security co-operation was discussed in both calls.
