Blame Game Follows South Africa's Xenophobic Attacks
The Mayor of Johnannesburg Herman Mashaba has linked undocumented foreign nationals to crime in Johannesburg. He has been accused of inciting violence against foreign nationals but he is in turn laying the blame at the door of the Minister of Home Affairs Malusi Gigaba and the ruling African National Congress.
