Date Set For Politician Lumumba's Mugabe Insult Trial

Former Zanu-PF youth leader, Acie Lumumba will stand trial on August 17 on charges of undermining President Robert Mugabe's authority. Mugabe insult cases have over the years collapsed one after the other. Human rights groups have argued that the charge is constitutionally defective as it impedes on the citizens' right to freedom of expression.
