South African Minister Questions 'Millionaire' Student Blunder
Higher Education Minister Blade Nzimande has said that managers at financial service provider IntelliMali must be held accountable for an accounting error that resulted in Walter Sisulu University student Sibongile Mani receiving U.S.$1 million (R14 million) instead of her usual U.S.$100 (R1,400) allowance.
