UN Envoy Condemns 'Horrific' Killings in South Sudan

David Shearer, the most senior United Nations official in the country, has condemned the killing of 45 civilians and abduction of 60 women and children in the Jonglei region, when a Murle ethnic group attacked a Dinka village.
