South Africa's ANC Conference Enters Last Day Amid Vote Dispute

The ruling ANC's 54th national conference is drawing to a close, but the matter of the more than 60 quarantined votes is still being dealt with. Voting for the national executive committee - the party's highest decision-making body - went on through the night.
