Human Rights Violations In Spotlight in Great Lakes Region

Judicial officials at Africa's Great Lakes Region meeting in Arusha, have called for closer cooperation between states, to fight human rights violations which has seen Burundi, Central African Republic, DR Congo and South Sudan among 13 countries accused of the scourge.
