The fact is that rwanda has been involved in the atrocities in the DR Congo for years. It's only now that the international community has decided to courageously accuse kigali and act on what the population on the groung in the eastern Congo has been trying to tell the world for years of what kagame has been doing to them. It's unfortunate that it took over 5 million deaths in Congo and millions more displaced before actions were taken. Is the master lobbyist for rwanda bill clinton that powerful that millions have to die in Congo and everybody thinks it's OK? The world had better understand this while there is still time, soon or later, the Congolese people at the mass level will have to act and the world better not say a word when it happens. Who will always accept to be killed, raped, chased from their own country by the refugees that they took in with the help from their country of origin?
If kagame really thinks that he won't be charged for his involvement in over 5 million deaths in Congo, good luck with that.
There is no evidence that Hutu's militias planned the genocide however half of Tutsi were killed. Gbagbo is facing ICC for 3000 deaths "only". But Kagame with proxy Tutsi Militias (APR, FPR, RCD, CNDP, M23) from 1996 up to date have killed 8 millions , more than Pol pot and just behind Staline and Hitler. I do not see How he will get away with that. Also it just a matter of time , everybody get tired with him and he needs to go. The Kivu's war is just for minerals , otherwise how Kagame will control the corrupt Tutsi elite. If he stop the war the corrupt Tutsi regime can turn against him in the other hand if he continue the west is likely to promote post genocide officers to rule Rwanda. He needs to understand that even Israel will seek permission before starting such adventure but Kagame did not tell anyone before going to Congo, this could be his last stand
