YES,ALL IS GOOD.BUT MORE EMPHASIS MUST BE PUT ON THE EAST-WEST ECONOMIC CORRIDOR I.E THE RAILWAY LINE FROM MWAMBANI IN TZ AT THE INDIAN OCEAN,SINGIDA,MUTUKULA IN UG,MPONDWE ON THE UG-DRC BOARDER,KISANGANI,LODJA,POINTRE NOIRE AND BANANA AT THE ATLANTIC OCEAN.
