South Africa: Twist as Hijack Baby Found Alive, Mother Arrested
An almost audible sigh of relief could be heard across the country at the news that one-month-old Siwaphiwe Mbambo is alive after her mother and brother were hijacked, with her tied in her car seat. Just hours later her mother was arrested for the alleged staging of the hijacking and kidnapping of the baby girl.
