Chinese businesspeople have reportedly described the "looters list" published by Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa as flawed after many of them were named. Mnangagwa released a list of 1 844, mostly dominated by diamond mining companies, other corporates and individuals who, together, allegedly externalized almost a billion dollars.
