Tension as Somalia Awaits Kenya to Hand Over Fugitive Minister

The Somali government is accusing Nairobi of 'harbouring' Jubbaland Security Minister Abdirashid Hassan Abdinur who allegedly escaped from a Mogadishu prison, where he had been held since August 2019. He is accused of committing gross human rights violations and killing civilians in Gedo.
