The National Prosecuting Authority,  NPA, has confirmed that its Asset Forfeiture Unit will preserve economic resources belonging to Trillian and McKinsey as it takes action against the two companies alleged links to state capture. This will be the first time the state has taken action since the allegations of state capture came into the public domain. The NPA was invited to Morning Live, but responded that they cannot comment before the preservation order is served today.
